Visual Representations of Ifugao Houses - Introduction

The follwing is an overview of several visual representations of Ifugao houses.
Since ethno-architecture is until now a rather undeveloped field in social and cultural anthropology, the particularly detailed work of the late William Henry Scott about the "Cordillera Architecture" in the Philippines is then of high value.

The kinds of representations on this site vary from photographs to sketches and even to a virtual model (VRML).
It is an attempt to present the different forms of visual representations and how they could be embeded in hypermedia.
